• Working in a small agency means a few things to us:

    1. All team members must be willing and able to wear a lot of hats and actually enjoy doing it. (We all have a bad day and don't like a particular hat now and then, but it comes with the territory.)
    2. We must be highly efficient with our time and communicate workload, project needs and opportunities, quickly and freely, to create company efficiency and solid team work.
    3. The strengths and weaknesses of you and your coworkers directly and immediately affect everyone on the team.
    4. Our client list/ workload vary drastically over the course of a year.
