If you’ve been on a conference call with us in the last few years, you probably know that our former office was next to train tracks. “Yes of course dear client, we can definitely (LOUD TRAIN SOUND!) make that happen. We (LOUD TRAIN SOUND!) appreciate the challenge and (LOUD TRAIN SOUND!) love using our brains to solve problems.” (LOUD TRAIN SOOOOOOOOUND!)
Sorry about that.
Our huge warehouse was a lovely space, really: high ceilings, a massive floor plan, the wonderful people at Water Avenue Coffee always ready to caffeinate us and laugh at my jokes. I genuinely miss those people, but the miniature pies a few blocks away at the Pie Spot are making it a slightly less difficult transition. Thanks pie!
Recognizing that all good things eventually come to an end, we decided it was time for a change. With new (and wildly talented) minds on board, we thought we’d see what else was out there waiting for us and, in more ways than I think we even realized, we were making big moves. We’ve set ourselves on a trajectory to take our company, our work, to a whole new level, and it’s an incredibly fulfilling thing to be part of.
Like anything worth a damn, our new space is still a bit of a work in progress, but the walls of high windows, the amazing early evening glow that fills the room, the solid people sitting in the room next to me… it’s all so good. I laughed, realizing completely out of the blue a few days ago, that we really do have a corner office with a view.
We’ve set ourselves on a trajectory to take our company to a whole new level, and it’s an incredibly fulfilling thing to be part of.
So, come see us, check out the beautiful, historic building we work in, meet our awesome neighbors. And if you’re up for it, let’s do something amazing together.
